Session 1: Customer Empathy

Deep Diving into understanding of the customer problems. At the end of this session, you will be able to define the problem statement.

Session 2: Customer Development Model

You will understand the problem in context of markets and having a learning and discovered mindset. At the end of this session, you will be able to set hypothesis around some of the key aspects of your product.

Session 3: Product Discovery

At this stage, you will be able to start thinking about value and segmenting the value propositions based on relevance. At the end of this session, you will be able to create an initial draft containing the problem and explaining how your solution provides value.

Session 4: Early Stage Approach

During this phase, you will deep dive into the aspects of building a product at the early stage so that you can fail fast and early. At the end of this session, you will understand the nuances of building an MVP and validating its success.

Session 5: Roadmapping

In this session, we explore different aspects of building a roadmap of the product. At the end of this session, you will have a prioritized list of features that are ready to be developed. Bonus Sessions: We will also deep dive into the aspect of feature chunking and the essence of habit forming products

Session 6: Essential Design

The aspects of visual and interaction design will be explored during this session. At the end of the session, you will be able to understand the principles that governs UX.

Session 7:Analytics & Experimentation

The session deep dives into how to analyze metrics and how to conduct experiments. At the end of the session, you will be able to derive insights from metrics and understand the aspects of optimizing the product.

Session 8: Growth Hacking

The new age marketing is all about hacking growth in a systematic way. At the end of this session, you will understand the aspects of virality and how to hack growth in your product.

Session 9: Product Review

What good is a product management if you cannot measure the health of it. At the end of this session, you will be able to appreciate and understand how to measure a product at different stage of its lifecycle.
